COMPULSORY EXPRESSWAY FAMILIARISATION RIDE (EFR) FOR CLASS 2B LEARNERS
With effect from Saturday, 1 June 2013, Class 2B learners who pass their Practical Riding Test are required to attend a Compulsory Expressway Familiarisation Ride (EFR) before they can apply for their qualified Class 2B Driving Licence.
