Book three to five lessons a week in advance.
2. Can I have a mixture of peak and off-peak sessions in scheduling my practical training?
Yes, you can have a mixture of both peak and off-peak sessions in scheduling your practical training.
3. What if I am unable to attend the practical session(s) that I have booked?
You will need to cancel the practical session at least 48 hours in advance. However, if it is less than 48 hours, the system will place the practical session under 'Try-Sell'. Our system will only refund by crediting the session fee to your account after each successful cancellation. 4. Can I request for a refund if I did not attend the lesson due to emergency causes or unforeseen circumstances?
No postponements, transfers or replacements are allowed for any missed lessons.
