Administrative fees plus GST will be charged Withdrawal / Transfer / Refund is not allowed Make-up Fee - No administration fee will be charge for the FIRST time make-up lesson(s). Administration charge of $21.40 (inclusive 7% GST) will be imposed for subsequent make-up lessons, test and re-test per occasion.
