1. Do I need to attend all the 4 theory lessons?
   Yes.  Theory lessons are compulsory and they provide better knowledge and understanding on driving and riding.
   
   
2. Do I need to attend the theory lessons in sequence?
   No, you do not have to attend the theory lessons in sequence for motorcar course. However, for motorcycle course, all theory lessons are to be attended in sequence.
   
   
3. Can I repeat the lesson contents? Am I allowed to rebook and attend the theory lessons again?
   Yes, you may repeat the lesson contents as long as you are a valid member of the course but lesson fees will be deducted upon booking.
   
   
4. Can I cancel my theory lessons?

5. I have passed my Theory Test before enrolling at the Centre. Must I re-take them?
   There is no expiry date for Basic Theory Test. You will need to take Final Theory Test and Riding Theory Test if they have expired.
   
   
6. Since I have obtained the Basic, Final or Riding Theory Certificates, can I be exempted from the theory classes and have my theory lesson fee waived?
   The theory lessons conducted by the centre are compulsory and the fees cannot be waived. These lessons equip learners with safe driving or riding knowledge. Some of the driving or riding aspects which will not or may not be experienced or encountered during the practical sessions are taught in these lessons. One of the example is expressway driving / riding.
   
   
7. Do I need to book for my theory lessons? How do I do so?
   Booking is required for each theory lesson. You can book for your theory lessons using our Booking & Cancellation Terminal or via the Internet.
   
   
8. What should I do after I had booked for my theory lessons?  Is there any printout?
   You have to log out from the Booking & Cancellation Terminal and obtain a booking statement from Booking Statement Terminal.  All your training date/time will be shown on this printout.
   
   
9. Can I attend the theory lessons if I forget to bring my membership card?
   Yes, but you must produce your NRIC or valid Passport.
   
   
10. Where is the venue for the theory lessons?
    You may refer to Daily Theory Schedule board (at lobby) for the venue.
    
    
11. How will the instructor know that I had attended the theory lesson?
    You have to scan your NRIC in the classroom when reporting for your lessons. Your attendance will be then be recorded in the system.
    
    
12. When should I attend and complete my theory lessons?
    You should start to book and attend your theory lessons while waiting for the commencement of your practical lessons.
    
    
13. Do I need to book for my practice/ evaluation?  How do I do so?
    Booking is required for each practice / evaluation session. You can book the sessions using our Booking & Cancellation Terminal or via the Internet.
    
    
14. Do I need to pay for the practice/ evaluation?
    Each practice/ evaluation is charged at $2.14 per off-peak hour session and $3.21 per peak session.  (Such payments are non-refundable.)
    
    
15. Where is the venue for the practice and evaluation?
    You may proceed to level 3, Classroom 7 for your practice and evaluation.
    
    
16. What is the duration of each Basic / Final / Riding Evaluation?
    Each evaluation is 45 minutes.
    
    
17. What are the session timing for practice / evaluation?
    The session timings are as follows: -

18. When should I book and attend the practices?
    You should book and attend the practices before your evaluation and Traffic Police Theory Test.
    
    
19. Do I need to re-take my Basic, Final or Riding Theory Evaluation if I had failed the Theory Test?
    Yes, you will need to re-take the theory evaluation if you failed the theory test.
    
    
20. Can I book the theory test before I pass my evaluation?
    Yes, but you must pass the evaluation 5 days before the test. As for Class 2B, you must first pass the evaluation before booking for Riding Theory Test(RTT).
    
    
21. When will I know the result of my evaluation?
    Result will be shown immediately upon completion of the evaluation.
    
    
22. Do I need to inform the instructor that I have passed my evaluation?
    No.  The result will be updated automatically into the system.  You are also encouraged to book for more practices before the test.
    
    
23. Do I get a refund for my practice and evaluation?
    Payments made are non-refundable.
