  1. The Certificate of Authority of my browser had expired!
    Our secured pages uses Security Certificate issued by Thawte Inc. If you are having problem, please follow this link to upgrade the Certificate of Authority for your browser. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest browser version:- Netscape 6.2.1 at http://www.netscape.com/download or Internet Explorer 6 at http://www.microsoft.com.

  2. I am using an unknown security certificate.
    Internet Explorer 3.00 (which comes free with Win95) does not recognise security certificate issued by Thawte Inc. You need to use Internet Explorer 5.00 and above or Netscape 4.7 and above.

  3. Should I Use My Name Or NRIC to login?
    You should always use you NRIC to login. Example: S7654321A.

  4. Why is it that when i click the confirm button, the button does not change and money is not deducted from my account?
    If you cannot book for the slot, it could be that the slot has already been taken up by someone. Another reason could be that the slot is closed for booking. Please try another date.

    The above problems are due to scripts error in the logout button. We are in the process of resolving the problems. Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused.
