  1. How can I top up my BBDC account?
    You may do a top-up by NETS, Cashcard or via Internet Fund Transfer (DBS & OCBC). You may also issue a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Bukit Batok Driving Centre Ltd’. Any returned (bounced) cheque will be subjected to an administrative fee.

  2. When will I receive my 6-digit password?
    You will be asked to set your preferred password upon enrolment.

  3. Can I change my password?
    Yes. You may change your password through the system by logging on to our web site.

  4. What must I do if I forget the 6-digit password to my BBDC account?
    You will need to bring along your NRIC/ FIN card and proceed to the Information Counter to request to reset your password. An administrative fee will be imposed.


  5. How can I check my membership’s expiry date?
    You may print out a booking statement from the Booking Statement terminal in BBDC or log on to our web site to check your membership’s expiry date.

  6. What are the procedures to renew my membership if it is expiring soon?
    You have to maintain sufficient fund in your BBDC account.  The system will deduct the monthly renewal fee from your account and renew your membership automatically from the date of expiry.

  7. How much is the renewal fee?
    The monthly renewal fee for Class 3 and Class 2B is $7.14 (inclusive of 7% GST) and $3.57(inclusive of 7% GST) respectively.

  8. What will happen to the balance fund in my expired account if I do not have sufficient fund for renewal?
    A monthly maintenance fee will be imposed and deducted from your BBDC account after your membership has expired.
