    PDL (PROVISIONAL DRIVING LICENCE)
 

A provisional driving licence enables learners to learn driving on the public roads under a qualified driving instructor.

Requirements to apply for a PDL:-

  • Apply personally at the Traffic Police Counter (Level 2) during their operating hours. (Mon - Fri : 0830hrs - 1700hrs) / Sat : 0830hrs - 1230hrs / Sun : Closed)
  • NRIC or valid passport
  • Passed Basic Theory Test
  There will be an eyesight test on the day of application. Glasses / contact lens (if needed), must be put on for the eyesight test.
Payment of $25 will be by NETS or cashcard only.
