Motorcar

I took my practical test on 30th April 2009 at 245pm.

And I passed with 8 demerit points. BIG thanks to my instructors from group 6006, namely, Mr Sulaimi, Mr Zahari, Mr Rashid, Mr Shahril and Mr Rohaizad who taught me for the past 4 months.

Their patience and commitment in teaching has brought me confidence and motivation in getting through the test with ease. (though i was a bit nervous :D)

So...to my instructors, if you guys are reading this, THANKS A LOT! Continue to teach with the same passion you had with me and I truly believe that those who are under your guidance are able to achieve their ultimate goal - you know what it is.

The instructor who took me for class today was very patient and was very clear in his instructions and the way he guided me through the class.

Was very impressed by him. He is a very good instructor, as such, enjoyed my class tremendously.

Motorcycle

I would like to thank all the instructors in 2B course in helping me pass my 2B test (on 20 April 09). They are highly commendable in what they do, they have done it with passion, utmost committment and lots of patience. At times they are strict and expect nothing less from the students, but they never fail to add in doses of humour to make riding that more fun and enjoyable.

I would like to encourage all the instructors to keep up the good work, to make Singapore roads safer by imparting what they know best and I will always remember their dedication.

Call Centre

I'm very impressed by the above mentioned staff handling my queries re : internet banking transfer to bbdc. Being 1st time for me with this, she explained to me in details and patiencely going thro the sequence with me via the helpdesk line.

She has a very positive attitude of serving the customer and kudos to her and bbdc for having such a professional staff to be in the team with excellence service . Thank You :-)

I am writing to especially thank you to Mr Loh Boon Teck,Ints no 1957.

I will always remember your willingness to help me during my time of need. Your calm,patient manner and kindness was a great help to me whenever I'm nervous and when my frustration was at an all time high.

I just want you to know that you are doing a terrific job.
