I am fully aware that I must check with Traffic Police on my eligibility to convert my foreign driving licence before I enrol and book for Basic Theory Test.

Failing which, all fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable if I am ineligible to take the Basic Theory Test or convert my foreign driving licence.

* 18 yrs and above

* Be physically and mentally fit

* Must not accumulate more than 12 demerit points under Driver Improvement Points System (DIPS)

* Must not have any class(es) of Qualified Driving Licence / Provisional Driving Licence under revocation, disqualification or suspension

* New Licence holder must not have two cases of not displaying distinguishing mark(probational plate) against them, whether the case are concluded or otherwise
